摘要
以全国2852个县区为研究对象,利用2005、2020年土地利用遥感监测数据,运用最小二乘法和地理加权回归模型,动态分析了我国土地城镇化的空间分布特征并识别其驱动因素。结果表明:2005~2020年我国土地城镇化年均增长率为2.34%;2005年土地城镇化的高值区域集中在我国的东南部,2020年西北地区的土地城镇化水平也逐步增高;人口城镇化率、人均地区生产总值、服务业发展水平和降水量等要素对土地城镇化发展影响显著并且具有空间依赖性。研究基于土地利用遥感数据来测度了全国建设用地的空间分布规律,以期为提升全国新型城镇化质量、协调区域发展提供决策参考。
In recent decades,China's urbanization has experienced rapid changes,and land urbanization is an important aspect of urbanization development.In this study,2852 counties and districts across the country are taken as the research object.Using the remote sensing monitoring data of land use in 2005 and 2020,the least square method and geographical weighted regression model are used to dynamically analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of land urbanization in China and identify its driving factors.The research shows that the average annual growth rate of land urbanization in China is 2.34%from 2005 to 2020;In 2005,the high value areas of land urbanization were concentrated in the southeast of China,and in 2020,the land urbanization level in the northwest will also gradually increase;Factors such as population urbanization rate,per capita GDP,service industry development level and precipitation have significant and spatial dependence on land urbanization development.The research is based on remote sensing data of land use to measure the spatial distribution of construction land nationwide,which provides decision-making reference for improving the quality of new urbanization in China and coordinating regional development.
