不确定环境下制造企业持续改善对绿色运营的影响研究

摘要 面对日渐增强的外部不确定性,制造企业坚持精益生产的“零库存”和“准时化JIT”原则会带来供应链中断的风险,因此在运营管理模式方面,有必要将精益生产过渡为全流程全方位提高效率但又接受“冗余”的持续改善模式。基于持续改善的消除浪费与绿色运营的节能减排两者之间相近的理念,在文献回顾和资源基础观的理论解释下,提出了制造企业两个维度的持续改善和绿色运营以及绿色供应商管理之间影响机理的假设模型。利用292家制造企业调研数据,采用层次回归分析法对研究假设进行了检验。结果表明:制造企业的生产技术持续改善和管理组织持续改善都对其绿色运营有正向促进作用;绿色供应商管理对生产技术持续改善与绿色运营关系的调节作用不显著;而在不确定环境下,企业的绿色供应商管理对管理组织持续改善与绿色运营之间关系起显著性正向调节作用。实证结果支持了持续改善有效促进绿色运营的研究设想,说明不确定环境下持续改善是支撑制造企业绿色与经济协同发展的有力手段,绿色供应商管理与企业内部管理组织持续改善的整合可以形成一种合力,以更高水平提升企业的绿色运营管理。 When faced with increasing external uncertainties,manufacturing firms will confront risk of supply chain disruption if they adhere to the principles of"zero inventory"and"just-in-time"of lean production;therefore,in terms of operation management mode aspect,it is necessary to transform lean production into continuous improvement(CI)which focus on prompting efficiency of whole process and accepting"redundancy".Based on close philosophy of CI of eliminating waste with green operation(GO)’s energy conservation and emission reduction,under the literature review and theoretical explanation of resource-based view,this paper proposed a hypothesized model including manufacturing firms’CI of two dimensions,GO and green suppliers’management(GSM).Using data of 292 manufacturing firms,this paper investigated the research hypotheses by conducting multiple regression analysis.The empirical result demonstrated that production continuous improvement(PCI)and management continuous improvement(MCI)had significantly positive effects on GO both;GSM didn’t moderate the relationship between the PCI and GO;however,GSM positively and significantly moderated the relationship between the MCI and GO under uncertain surroundings.The empirical results supported the research assumption that CI effectively prompted GO,indicating that CI is a powerful means to enhance the coordinated development of green and economy under uncertain surroundings,and the integration of GSM and internal MCI could form a joint force to improve corporate GO to a higher level.
