厚层负间距T_(1)WI扫描技术在胎儿MRI中的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨厚层负间距T_(1)WI扫描技术在胎儿MRI中的应用价值。方法选取产前诊断可疑胎儿问题105例孕妇。采用3.0T磁共振进行胎儿扫描,扫描序列包括胎儿常规序列及T_(1)WI序列,重点分析T_(1)WI序列,采用不同层厚层间距对图像信噪比(signal to noise ratio,SNR)及对比度分析。结果105例孕妇中厚层负间距扫描(层厚6 mm,层间距-3 mm)T_(1)WI扫描组图像质量评分平均分为(2.819±0.496)分,常规扫描(层厚3 mm,层间距0 mm)T_(1)WI扫描组图像质量评分平均分为(2.476±0.822)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.118,P<0.05),厚层负间距组较常规组T_(1)WI图像评分质量、信噪比、对比度更高,105例孕妇中诊断胎儿颅内出血10例,先天性膈疝12例,腹部畸胎瘤8例,其他75例,T_(1)WI序列在显示出血、脂肪沉积、胎粪腹膜炎等方面具有独特优势。结论厚层负间距扫描技术能大大提高胎儿磁共振T_(1)WI图像信噪比及对比度,能清晰显示胎儿病灶,提高胎儿磁共振诊断准确率。 Objective To explore the application value of thick-slice negative-spacing T_(1)WI scanning technology in fetal magnetic resonance imaging.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 105 pregnant women diagnosed with suspicious fetal diseases prenatally.Fetal scanning was performed using 3.0T MRI.The scanning sequence included fetal conventional sequence and T_(1)WI sequence,with emphasis on the analysis of T_(1)WI sequence,and the signal to noise ratio(SNR)and contrast analysis of images with different layer thicknesses.Results Among 105 patients,the image quality score of the thick slice negative interval scan(slice thickness 6 mm,slice interval-3 mm)in the T_(1)WI scan group averaged 2.819±0.496 points,for the conventional scan(slice thickness 3 mm,slice interval 0 mm),the average image quality score of the T_(1)WI scan group was 2.476±0.822 points,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.118,P<0.05).The thick-layer negative spacing group was better than the conventional group on T_(1)WI image score quality,signal-to-noise ratio,and contrast.Even higher,among 105 patients,10 cases were diagnosed with intracranial hemorrhage,12 cases with congenital diaphragmatic hernia,8 cases with abdominal teratoma,and the other 75 cases.T_(1)WI sequence had unique advantages in displaying bleeding,fatty deposits,and meconium peritonitis.Conclusion Thick-layer negative spacing scanning technology can greatly improve the signal-to-noise ratio and contrast of fetal magnetic resonance T_(1)WI images,clearly display fetal lesions,and improve the accuracy of fetal magnetic resonance diagnosis.
