摘要
针对国内新型雾封层材料的匮乏,通过正交实验设计,以沥青乳液45%、再生组分15%、功能助剂5%的配比,研发出一种渗透性高、再生性能优良的专用养护材料。该材料富含轻质油组分及还原活化物,再生性能检测表明,老化沥青再生后的性能优于新基质沥青。按照雾封层施工的技术规范要求,使用该材料对试验工程路段养护后,检测数据表明:渗透深度较普通乳化沥青提升了82.35%,渗水系数平均降低了77.94%。经济效益分析可知,使用该材料进行预防性养护较常规中修及微表处,3年里可节约6~10倍养护费用,具有显著的社会和经济效益,值得被推广和应用。
In view of the lack of new domestic fog seal materials,through the orthogonal experimental design,a special purpose maintenance ma-terial with high permeability and excellent regeneration performance is developed with 45%asphalt emulsion,15%regenerated components,and 5%functional additives.The material is rich in light oil components and reduction activators,and the regeneration performance test shows that the perfor-mance of the aged asphalt after regeneration is better than that of the new base asphalt.According to the technical specifications for fog seal construc-tion,after using this material to maintain the test engineering road section,the test data shows that the penetration depth is 82.35%higher than that of ordinary emulsified asphalt,and the water permeability coefficient is reduced by 77.94%on average.The analysis of economic benefits shows that the use of this material for preventive maintenance can save 6 to10 times the maintenance cost in 3 years compared with conventional intermediate re-pair and micro-surfacing.It has significant social and economic benefits,which is worthy of promotion and application.
