乒乓球拍胶接强度估计与增强研究

Study on the Estimation and Enhancement of Bonding Strength of Table Tennis Rackets

摘要 对乒乓球拍胶接强度进行增强处理时,主要针对单一胶接参数进行优化,使得增强处理后胶接结构拉伸强度依旧较低。因此,提出一种有效的乒乓球拍胶接强度估计算法,并设计新的增强方法。依托于内聚力模型,构建胶接材料损伤失效模型,并通过有限元数值模拟方法,得到乒乓球拍胶接强度评估结果。针对主要胶接参数,构建以提升拉伸强度、剪切强度为核心的多目标优化函数。再通过Boltzmann机神经网络,求解多目标优化函数,生成乒乓球拍胶接增强方案。实验结果表明:经所提方法增强处理后,乒乓球拍胶接结构的拉伸强度为41.7MPa,与增强前相比拉伸强度提升了21.82%。 When enhancing the bonding strength of table tennis rackets,it mainly optimizes a single bonding parameter,which results that the tensile strength of the bonding structure is still low after the enhancing treatment.Therefore,an effective algorithm for estimating the bonding strength of table tennis rackets is proposed,and a new enhancement method is designed.Based on the cohesive force model,the damage failure model of bonding material is constructed,and the bonding strength evaluation results of table tennis rackets are obtained through the finite element numerical simulation method.Aiming at the bonding parameters,a multi-objective optimization function with improving tensile strength and shear strength as the core is constructed.Then,the multi-objective optimization function is solved by Boltzmann machine neural network,and the bonding reinforce-ment scheme of table tennis rackets is generated.The experimental results show that the tensile strength of bonding structure of table tennis racket is41.7MPa after the reinforcement,which is 21.82%higher than that before the reinforcement.
