半仿生提取电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定复方牛黄消炎胶囊中砷和汞的含量

Determination of Arsenic and Mercury in Compound Niuhuang Xiaoyan Capsule by Semi-bionic Extracted Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用微波消解法和半仿生提取法对复方牛黄消炎胶囊样品进行预处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定胶囊中总砷、总汞、可溶性砷和可溶性汞的含量。结果表明回收率在95%~105%以内;重复性和精密度的相对标准偏差均低于5.0%;As和Hg含量的线性相关系数(R)均在0.9985以上;检测下限低于0.1μg/L。实验中测定的As和Hg的含量,非常接近制造商提供的标准值。 Samples of compound Niuhuang Xiaoyan capsules are pretreated by microwave digestion and semi-bionic extraction,and the total ar-senic,total mercury,soluble arsenic and soluble mercury in the capsules are determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results show a recovery within 95%~105%.The relative standard deviation of both repeatability and precision is below 5.0%.The linear correlation coeffi-cient(R)of both arsenic and mercury content is above 0.9985.The lower detection limit is below 0.1μg/L.The content of arsenic and mercury measured in the experiment is very close to the standard values provided by the manufacturer.
