全流程系统追踪法在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of Whole Process System Tracking Method in Nursing Management of Operating Room

目的探讨全流程系统追踪法在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法选取2017年10月至2019年10月在驻马店市中心医院接受手术治疗的200例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组接受全流程系统追踪法,对照组接受常规护理方法,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组器械丢失及缺陷发生率分别为0.17%、0.83%,低于对照组(2.50%、3.67%),多重耐药性病菌感染率及医疗纠纷发生率分别为0、1.00%,低于对照组(7.00%、8.00%)(P<0.05);观察组医护人员对于器械护理的满意度、考核合格率分别为93.00%、90.33%,高于对照组(78.00%、75.17%)(P<0.05)。结论全流程系统追踪法可全面优化手术室护理管理质量和效果。

Objective To explore the application of whole process system tracking method in nursing management of operating room.Methods A total of 200 patients who received surgical treatment in Zhumadian Central Hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group accepted the whole process systematic tracking method,and the control group accepted the routine nursing method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of device loss and defect in the observation group were 0.17%and 0.83%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(2.50%and 3.67%),and the incidence of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection and medical disputes were 0 and 1.00%,respectively,which were lower than that in the control group(7.00%and 8.00%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group and the passing rate of the examination were 93.00%and 90.33%,respectively,which were higher than those in the control group(78.00%and 75.17%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process systematic tracking method can comprehensively optimize the quality and effect of nursing management in the operating room.
