酵母和植物水解物在中国仓鼠卵巢细胞生产重组蛋白中的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 目前,重组蛋白药物主要是由中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞表达系统生产的。细胞培养技术特别是培养基是影响CHO细胞表达重组蛋白的关键因素。酵母和植物水解物作为细胞培养基的补充物,已广泛应用于无血清培养基的优化,以改善CHO细胞的生产性能,提高重组蛋白药物的质量和产量。本文综述了酵母和植物水解物在CHO细胞生产重组蛋白中的应用,以期为研发更安全、有效的无血清培养基及提高重组蛋白药物的产量提供参考。 At present,recombinant protein drugs are mainly produced by the Chinese hamster ovary(CHO)cell expression system.Cell culture technology,especially culture medium,is the key factor affecting the expression of recombinant protein in CHO cells.Yeast and plant hydrolysates,as supplements to cell culture media,have been widely used in the optimization of serum-free culture media to improve the production performance of CHO cells and improve the quality and yield of recombinant protein drugs.This paper reviews the application of yeast and plant hydrolysates in the production of recombinant protein from CHO cells,with a view to providing references for the development of safer and more effective serum-free culture medium and the improvement of the production of recombinant protein drugs.
