脂质代谢在登革病毒感染中的作用

摘要 脂质是生物膜(亚细胞)的结构与功能基础,其参与多种生理及疾病过程。脂质代谢已被证实在多种病毒入胞、复制、组装、分泌等各个环节发挥重要作用。登革病毒(dengue virus, DENV)是黄病毒属家族重要成员,脂质代谢紊乱是其感染典型临床特征。同时DENV与脂质代谢相互作用参与病毒复制、致病机制过程已成为基础研究及抗病毒治疗的热点领域。过去10年间,DENV对于脂质代谢的调控及利用得到了进一步的认知和阐明。现就DENV感染影响宿主脂质代谢平衡并利用脂质代谢参与病毒复制机制作一概述。 Lipids are the structural and functional basis of biomembranes and subcellular components. Any biological process is inseparable from the participation of lipids. Lipid metabolism has been proved to play an important role in viral invasion, replication, assembly and secretion, among which dengue virus(DENV), an enveloped virus belonging to the Flaviviridae family, shows clinically significant lipid metabolism disturbance after infection. The role of lipid and lipid metabolism in the life cycle and pathogenesis of DENV has become an important target of antiviral therapy. In the past decade, the understanding and utilization of DENV infection on lipid metabolism have been deeply clarified. This paper reviews the impacts of DENV infection on the balance of host lipid metabolism, and discusses the synthesis, mobilization and recruitment of lipid mediators participating in the DENV replication progress.
