参苓白术散合消瘰丸治疗儿童腺样体肥大(脾虚痰聚型)的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shenling Baizhu Powder and Xiaoluo Pill in the Treatment of Adenoid Hypertrophy(Spleen Deficiency and Phlegm Accumulation Type)in Children

目的观察参苓白术散合消瘰丸治疗儿童腺样体肥大(AH)的临床效果。方法选取新余市中医院2020年1月~2022年4月收治的80例AH患儿,依随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各组均40例;对照组用内舒拿喷剂治疗,治疗组用参苓白术散合消瘰丸治疗,治疗周期为8周;对比两组临床疗效、临床症状量化评分、腺样体肥大体积评分。结果治疗组总有效率(90.00%)较对照组(70.00%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗8周鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸量化评分均较治疗前低,且治疗组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗8周腺样体组织、影像学检查评分均较治疗前低,且治疗组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论AH患儿在内舒拿喷剂治疗基础上,采用参苓白术散合消瘰丸治疗效果较好,可改善临床症状,减小肥大组织体积。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Xiaoluo pill in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy(AH)in children.METHODS 80 cases of AH children admitted to Xinyu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasonex nasal spray,and the treatment group was treated with Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Xiaoluo pill.The treatment cycle was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,clinical symptom quantification score and adenoid hypertrophy volume score were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the quantitative scores of nasal congestion,snoring and open mouth breathing in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of adenoid tissue and imaging examination in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Based on the treatment of nasonex nasal spray,Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Xiaoluo pill has a better therapeutic effect on AH patients,which can improve clinical symptoms and reduce the volume of hypertrophic tissue.
