摘要
目的在“互联网+智能设备”背景下,探讨提升医院药学服务质量的新实践。方法通过布局调整、信息化改造、智能设备部署以及流程优化,收集改造前后患者候药时间、药师的工作内容进行对比。结果患者候药时间明显缩短,药师工作内容减少,劳动强度降低,更聚焦于药事服务工作。结论通过互联网+智能设备模式,提升了患者药事服务质量,确保患者用药安全,改善医患关系。
OBJECTIVE To explore new practices to improve pharmaceutical service quality in hospital under the background of"Internet plus intelligent devices".METHODS Through layout adjustment,information transformation,intelligent equipment deployment and process optimization,the waiting time of patients before and after the transformation and the work content of pharmacists were collected and compared.RESULTS The waiting time of patients was significantly shortened,the work content of pharmacists was reduced,the labor intensity was reduced,and pharmacists were more focused on pharmaceutical service work.CONCLUSION Through the Internet plus intelligent device model,the quality of patient pharmacy service has been improved,the drug safety of patients has been ensured,and the doctor-patient relationship has been improved.
