宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中手术室护理配合的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of operating room nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy

目的:分析探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中手术室护理配合的临床效果。方法:2020年1月至2020年12月,选择150例进行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术患者,抽签分组,研究组75例,用手术室护理,对照组35例,用常规护理,比较手术、住院时间、并发症、手术依从性、护理满意度。结果:与对照组的结果进行对比,研究组手术依从性高(P<0.05),手术、住院时间缩短(P<0.05),并发症降低(P<0.05),护理满意度高(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中手术室护理配合,可以提高患者对手术配合度,保证手术的顺利进行,进而缩短手术时间,并且降低并发症,促进患者康复,缩短住院时间,提高患者对护理的满意度,具有临床意义。

Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of operating room nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy.Methods:from January 2020 to December 2020,150 patients undergoing hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy were selected and divided into study group(75 cases)and control group(35 cases).Results:compared with the results of the control group,the study group had higher operation compliance(P<0.05),shorter operation and hospital stay(P<0.05),lower complications(P<0.05),and higher nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:the operation room nursing cooperation in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can improve the operation cooperation of patients,ensure the smooth operation,shorten the operation time,reduce the complications,promote the recovery of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,which has clinical significance.
