研究氨溴索结合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎疗效观察及护理分析

目的:探讨氨溴索结合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎的疗效及护理方法。方法:选择2018年4月至2020年4月期间收治的小儿肺炎100例作为资料,随机分组各50例,对照组行常规对症治疗,观察组增加氨溴索结合布地奈德治疗,均开展综合护理干预,评价两组疗效。结果:疗效评价观察组有效率为96.00%,对照组80.00%,差异显著,P<0.05;治疗前两组CRP比较无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组CRP显著低于对照组,P<0.05。发热、咳嗽、肺部湿罗音、气促、双肺哮鸣音等临床症状消失时间和住院时间与对照组比较,观察组均显著较短,差异显著具备统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组患儿检测其IL-8、IL-6水平差异性不大,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后再次评价检测结果,治疗组患儿IL-8、IL-6水平更低于常规组,具备统计学意义(P<0.05);面部潮红、呕吐以及恶心等不良反应发生率观察组略低于对照组,差异不显著无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对小儿肺炎采取氨溴索结合布地奈德治疗方案可促使症状消失,炎症吸收,利于病情康复,改善了炎症因子水平,安全性高,治疗价值较高,建议临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the curative effect and nursing method of ambroxol combined with budesonide in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of pediatric pneumonia admitted between April 2018 and April 2020 were selected as data,and 50 cases were randomly divided into groups.The control group received conventional symptomatic treatment.The observation group increased ambroxol combined with budesonide treatment.Nursing intervention to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups.Results:Efficacy evaluation The effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,with a significant difference.P<0.05;before treatment,there was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups,P>0.05;after treatment,the CRP of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05 0.05.Compared with the control group,the disappearance time and hospitalization time of clinical symptoms such as fever,cough,pulmonary wet rales,shortness of breath,and bilateral wheezing were significandy shorter in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was little difference in the levels of IL-8 and IL-6 between the two groups of children,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as facial flushing,vomiting and nausea in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with budesonide treatment for pediatric pneumonia can promote the disappearance of symptoms and inflammation absorption,which is conducive to the recovery of the disease and has a high therapeutic value.
