中西医联合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨中西医联合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用西医治疗方法,研究组患者采用中西医联合治疗方法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组患者的总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的舒适情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率为7.50%,低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性盆腔炎患者,采用中西医联合治疗方法的效果显著。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese and western combined treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while the patients in the study group were treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total efiective rate of patients in the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comfort of the study group was better than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than 27.50%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory,the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a significant effect.
