中药逍遥散用于月经不调治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of irregular menstruation

目的探讨中药逍遥散在月经不调治疗中的效果。方法选取110例月经不调患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各55例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,研究组采用中药逍遥散加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组的雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)水平均高于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取中药逍遥散治疗方案可有效改善月经不调患者的血清性激素水平,降低不良反应发生率,提高临床治疗总有效率。

Objective To explore the efiect of Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of irregular menstruation.Methods A total of 110 patients with irregular menstruation were selected as the study object,and they were divided into the control group and the research group by random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the research group was treated with Xiaoyao powder.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of estradiol(E_(2))and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the research group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the research group was lower than that in the control group,and the total effective rate in the research group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of Xiaoyao powder can effectively improve the serum sex hormone level of patients with irregular menstruation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the total efiective rate of clinical treatment.
