补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance with Chinese herbal medicine of Tonifying kidney and Huoxue and moxibustion

目的探讨补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床效果。方法选择64例伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各32例,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血中药配合艾灸治疗。比较两组临床治疗有效率、性激素水平、不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组促黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平改善情况均优于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补肾活血中药配合艾灸对伴有胰岛素抵抗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床效果较好,有助于改善患者性激素水平,安全性较好,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and Huoxue Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance.Methods A total of 64 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,32 cases each.The control group was treated with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets combined with metformin sustained release tablets,and the study group was treated with kidney toning and blood circulation traditional Chinese medicine combined with moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The effective rate,sex hormone level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The clinical therapeutic effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in sex hormone levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))levels in both groups was better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating blood combined with moxibustion on patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance is good,and it is helpful to improve the level of sex hormones in patients with good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
