腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效及并发症发生率影响评价

Evaluation of clinical efficacy and the incidence of complication of laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids

目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果及对并发症发生率的影响。方法选取35例实施腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的子宫肌瘤患者设为试验组,选取34例实施开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术的子宫肌瘤患者设为对照组。回顾性分析其临床资料,比较两组的手术情况、术后并发症发生率、术后恢复时间、生活质量评分。结果试验组的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于子宫肌瘤患者,腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可起到减少术中出血量、缩短手术时间、减少术后并发症的作用,有利于促使术后康复速度加快,使生活质量得以提升。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influence on the incidence of complications.Methods A total of 35 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy were selected as the experimental group,and 34 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing open hysteromyomectomy were selected as the control group.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively,and the operation condition,the incidence of postoperative complication,postoperative recovery time and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative ambulation time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difierence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with uterine fibroids,laparoscopic hysteromyomectomy can play a role in reducing intraoperative bleeding,shortening operation time,and reducing postoperative complications,which is conducive to accelerating postoperative recovery and improving the quality of life.
