欣母沛联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect and value of Hemabate combined with uterine gauze tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with placenta previa

目的探讨欣母沛联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法选取前置胎盘剖宫产患者74例为研究对象,根据治疗方案的不同随机分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组采用单一子宫腔纱布填塞术方案,观察组采用欣母沛联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗方案。分析比较两组患者产后2h出血量以及产后24 h出血量、各项生命体征指标。结果观察组产后2 h出血量以及产后24h出血量均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、脉搏以及血氧饱和度水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者收缩压、舒张压、脉搏以及血氧饱和度水平均优于对照组,且与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用欣母沛联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗前置胎盘剖宫产患者具有较高的安全性以及可行性,可以减少患者产后出血量,稳定各项生命体征,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Hemabate combined with uterine gauze tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa cesarean section.Methods A total of 74 patients with placenta previa cesarean section were selected as subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment plans,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with single intrauterine filling scheme,and the observation group was treated with Hemabate combined with uterine gauze tamponade.The 2 h postpartum blood loss and 24 h postpartum blood loss as well as the indexes of vital signs were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant difierences in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse and oxygen saturation between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,pulse and oxygen saturation in observation group were better than those in control group,and there was no statistical significance compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of placenta previa cesarean section with Hemabate combined with uterine gauze tamponade has high safety and feasibility,can reduce postpartum blood loss,stabilize the vital signs of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
