前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者应用安列克联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Anlek combined with uterine gauze tamponade in the treatment of hemorrhage after caesarean section of placenta previa

目的探讨安列克联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选择130例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组65例。对照组采用常规止血干预和子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗,观察组采用安列克联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗。记录两组患者手术相关指标、输血率及子宫切除率。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量、产后24 h出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组输血率、子宫切除率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者应用安列克联合子宫腔纱布填塞术治疗,能够取得良好的止血效果,且与手术发挥良好的协同作用,降低了子宫切除率,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efiect of Anlek combined with uterine gauze tamponade in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in placenta previa cesarean section.Methods A total of 130 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section of placenta previa were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional hemostatic intervention and uterine gauze tamponade,and the observation group was treated with Anlek combined with uterine gauze tamponade.Operation related indexes,blood transfusion rate and hysterectomy rate were recorded in the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss and postpartum blood loss at 24 h were less than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood transfusion rate and hysterectomy rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of postpartum hemorrhage in placenta previa cesarean section with Anlek combined with uterine gauze tamponade can achieve good hemostatic effect,can play a good synergic effect with surgery,and reduce the hysterectomy rate,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
