阴道B超联合血激素监测排卵在不孕症患者中的应用

Application of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with blood hormone monitoring ovulation in infertility

目的探讨阴道B超联合血性激素监测排卵在不孕症治疗中的应用效果。方法选取100例不孕症患者,按照监测排卵方法不同分为对照组(30例)和研究组(70例)。对照组采用阴道B超监测卵泡发育及排卵,研究组采用阴道B超联合血促黄体生成素、雌二醇监测排卵,比较两组的排卵期前卵泡直径和子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态、排卵率和妊娠率情况。结果两组排卵期前的子宫内膜厚度、卵泡直径、子宫内膜形态、排卵率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组的妊娠率为28.57%,高于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道B超联合血性激素监测排卵,适时指导性生活,及时药物干预,可提高妊娠率,在不孕症治疗中的应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the application effect of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with blood hormone monitoring ovulation in infertility treatment.Methods A total of 100 cases of infertility were selected and divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(70 cases)according to different methods of monitoring ovulation.The control group used vaginal B-ultrasound to monitor follicular development and ovulation,while the study group used vaginal B-ultrasound combined with blood luteinizing hormone and estradiol to monitor ovulation.The follicle diameter,endometrial thickness,endometrial morphology,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate before ovulation were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in endometrial thickness,follicle diameter,endometrial morphology and ovulation rate between the two groups before ovulation(P>0.05).The pregnancy rate in the study group was 28.57%,which was higher than 10.00%in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of vaginal B-ultrasound combined with blood hormone monitoring ovulation,timely guidance of sexual life,and timely drug intervention can improve the pregnancy rate,and the application effect in the treatment of infertility is significant.
