叙事护理在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后护理的临床价值研究

Study on clinical value of narrative nursing after hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy

目的分析叙事护理在经宫腔镜切除子宫内膜息肉患者中的应用效果。方法选取208例接受宫腔镜切除子宫内膜息肉患者,按照计算机1:1随机数列分为常规组与叙事组,各104例。常规组采用常规护理,叙事组给予叙事护理,比较两组护理效果。结果叙事组的住院时间短于常规组,护理满意评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);叙事组护理后的GAD-7及PHQ-9评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);叙事组的多维度生活质量指标评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对经宫腔镜切除子宫内膜息肉患者,应用叙事护理能够提升患者的生活质量及护理满意度,改善患者负性情绪,缩短住院时间,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the application effect of narrative nursing in patients with endometrial polyps removed by hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 208 patients with endometrial polyps undergoing hysteroscopic resection were selected and randomly divided into the conventional group and the narrative group according to 1:1 computer sequence,with 104 cases in each group.The conventional group was given conventional nursing,and the narrative group was given narrative nursing,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The hospital stay in the narrative group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the nursing satisfaction score in the narrative group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difierences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of GAD-7 and PHQ-9 of the narrative group after nursing were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of multi-dimensional quality of life indicators in the narrative group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometrial polyps removed by hysteroscopy,the application of narrative nursing can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,improve the negative emotions of patients,and shorten the length of hospital stay,which is worthy of recommendation.
