Influence of continuous quality improvement on obstetric nursing quality management

目的探究持续质量改进对产科护理质量管理的影响。方法选取90例产科患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施持续质量改进,比较两组患者的护理质量、满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果研究组护理质量中的护理态度、基础护理、病区管理、护理文书、分级护理、规范服务、抢救物品、护理技巧均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的及时上报率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进可提高产科护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,并增强其及时上报率,提高患者护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of continuous quality improvement on obstetric nursing quality management.Methods A total of 90 obstetric patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,45 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the research group implemented continuous quality improvement.The nursing quality,satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing attitude,basic nursing,ward management,nursing documents,hierarchical nursing,standardized service,rescue items and nursing skills in the research group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difierences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the research group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difierences(P<0.05).The timely reporting rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous quality improvement can improve the quality of obstetric nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse events,enhance its timely reporting rate,and improve patient satisfaction with nursing,which is worthy of promotion and application.
