叙事护理模式对顺产孕产妇疼痛及泌乳状态影响

Influence of narrative nursing mode on pain and lactation status of pregnant and lying-in women in vaginal delivery

目的探讨叙事护理模式对顺产孕产妇疼痛及泌乳状态的影响。方法选取90例顺产孕产妇,按照入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组实施围生期护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施叙事护理模式。比较两组孕产妇的疼痛评分(VAS)、母乳喂养率、泌乳相关指标。结果观察组孕产妇的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇的母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕产妇的泌乳相关指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施顺产的孕产妇进行叙事护理能够减轻孕产妇在分娩过程中的宫缩痛,优化泌乳相关指标,提升出院后的母乳喂养率。

Objective To investigate the influence of narrative nursing model on pain and lactation status of pregnant and lying-in women in vaginal delivery.Methods A total of 90 pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,45 cases in each group..The control group implemented perinatal nursing,while the observation group implemented narrative nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The control group implemented perinatal nursing,while the observation group implemented narrative nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The pain score(VAS),breast-feeding rate and lactation related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The pain score of pregnant women in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The breast-feeding rate of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing for the pregnant and lying-in women who implement vaginal delivery can reduce the pain of uterine contraction during delivery,optimize the relevant indicators of lactation,and improve the breast-feeding rate after discharge.
