针对性护理干预在宫颈癌术后留置尿管患者中的应用

Application of targeted nursing intervention in patients with indwelling urethral catheter after cervical cancer surgery

目的探讨针对性护理干预在宫颈癌术后留置尿管患者中的应用效果。方法选择62例宫颈癌患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预。比较两组护理满意度、术后并发症发生情况、术后恢复情况、心理状态、生活质量水平。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组残余尿量少于对照组,尿管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组心理状态和生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组心理状态评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌手术患者实施针对性护理干预,可提高患者的护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者术后恢复,并可改善患者心理状态和提高其生活质量,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application efiect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with indwelling urethral catheter after cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 62 patients with cervical cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction,postoperative complications,postoperative recovery,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The residual urine volume in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the catheter indentation time and hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in mental state and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,psychological status score of observation group was lower than control group,quality of life score was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention in patients with cervical cancer surgery can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,promote the postoperative recovery of patients,and can improve the psychological state of patients and improve their quality of life,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
