针刺“颈丛刺”治疗颈椎病颈痛症状的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Cervical Pain Symptoms of Cervical Spondylosis With Acupuncture"Cervical Plexus Acupuncture"

目的评价针刺“颈丛刺”穴位组治疗颈椎病病患颈痛症状的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年8月在茂名市人民医院中医针灸科及康复科的66例颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组(“颈丛刺”组)和对照组(“中频”组),每组各33例。两组患者每周治疗5次,1周为1个疗程。采用Northwick Park颈痛量表(neck pain questionnaire,NPQ)和简式McGill疼痛量表于患者治疗前,治疗1周后、2周后评价,将评分作为观察治疗指标并进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗2周后,“颈丛刺”组NPQ评分、McGill量表评分明显低于“中频”组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);“颈丛刺”组治愈3例,有效30例,总有效率100%;“中频”组有效29例,无效4例,总有效率81.82%;“颈丛刺”组总有效率高于“中频”组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“颈丛刺”能够舒缓颈椎病病患的颈部疼痛症状,适合运用于临床治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture at"cervical plexus acupuncture"in the treatment of cervical pain in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 66 with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the department of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and the department of rehabilitation in Maoming People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into a treatment group(cervical plexus acupuncture)and a control group(medium frequency)with 33 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were treated five times a week,and one week was a course of treatment.The Northwick Park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)and the simplified McGill pain scale were used to evaluate the patients before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.The score was used as the observation treatment index and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the NPQ score and McGill scale score in the"cervical plexus puncture"group were significantly lower than those in the"intermediate frequency"group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the"cervical plexus puncture"group,3 cases were cured,30 cases were effective,and the total effective rate was 100%.In the"medium frequency"group,29 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 81.82%.The total effective rate of the"cervical plexus puncture"group was higher than that of the"intermediate frequency"group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Cervical plexus acupuncture"can relieve the neck pain symptoms of cervical spondylosis patients,and is suitable for clinical treatment.
