缺血性脑卒中患者心理状态调查分析与护理对策

Investigation and Analysis of Psychological State of Patients With Ischemic Stroke and Discussion of Nursing Countermeasures

目的调查分析缺血性脑卒中患者的心理状态及其影响因素,并提出护理对策,促进患者康复,提高患者的生存质量。方法2021年11月—2022年3月应用自行设计的基本资料调查问卷、焦虑症自评量表对厦门大学附属第一医院神经内科206例缺血性脑卒中住院患者进行焦虑症评分测定,分析缺血性脑卒中患者心理状态的影响因素。结果患者焦虑水平与患者的性别、文化程度、自理能力、是否偏瘫相关,研究显示男性患者、文化水平在初中及以下、日常生活完全需要帮助、有偏瘫的患者焦虑水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者均存在不同程度的焦虑情绪,医护人员在工作中应注意关注缺血性脑卒中患者的心理状态,有针对性地给予心理支持,帮助患者树立战胜疾病的信心,改善预后和促进康复,从而提高患者的生活质量,帮助患者尽早重返家庭和社会。

Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological state of patients with ischemic stroke and its influencing factors,and put forward nursing countermeasures to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods From November 2021 to March 2022,the anxiety score of 206 patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University was measured by self-designed basic data questionnaire and selfrating anxiety scale,and the risk causes of their mental state after cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results The anxiety level of patients was related to the gender,education level,self-care ability and hemiplegia of patients.The study showed that the anxiety level of male patients,the education level of junior middle school and below,completely needed help in daily life,and patients with hemiplegia had higher anxiety level,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with ischemic stroke all have varying degrees of anxiety.Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological state of patients with ischemic stroke in their work,and provide targeted psychological support to help patients establish confidence in overcoming the disease,improve the prognosis of patients and promote the rehabilitation of patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients,and help patients to return to their families and society as soon as possible.
