基于MATLAB制动系统模拟计算及优化

摘要 汽车制动系统的设计不仅需要考虑各种法规要求,还要兼顾安全性和舒适性的要求。以一款SUV车型开发为例,主要介绍使用MATLAB仿真软件进行制动系统模拟计算。通过调整制动系统零部件参数进行仿真分析,使用两种制动踏板感评价方法进行评价与对比分析,改善制动性能,设计出一款性能较好的制动系统。该制动系统满足安全和法规要求且舒适性较好。 The design of automobile braking system should not only consider various regulatory requirements,but also take into account the requirements of safety and comfort.Taking the development of an SUV model as an example,the simulation calculation of the braking system was introduced by using MATLAB simulation software.The simulation analysis was carried out by adjusting the parameters of brake system components,and two evaluation methods of brake pedal feel were used for evaluation and comparative analysis.The braking performance was improved and a better braking system was designed.The braking system meets the safety and regulatory requirements and has good comfort.
