摘要
通过对涡轮增压器旁通阀预紧力设置状态的受力分析,得出了基于压力位移数据进行预紧力动态设置的方法。提出了采用曲率计算的方法对压力位移数据进行分段,并确定线性数据的区间,采用最小二乘方法对该区间的数据进行拟合,得到旁通阀预紧力动态设置的位移方程。最终在给定位移的情况下,得到预紧力所需的设置压力,从而完成增压器旁通阀的动态设置。
Through the force analysis of the setting state of the preload force of the bypass valve of the turbocharger,a method for dynamically setting of the preload force based on the pressure and displacement data was obtained.A curvature calculation method was used to segment the pressure and displacement data and determine the interval of linear data.The least squares method was used to fit the interval data to obtain the displacement equation of the bypass valve preload force dynamic setting.Finally,the set pressure required by the preload is obtained under the condition of positioning displacement,thus completing the dynamic setting of the bypass valve of the supercharger.
