摘要
以STM32芯片为核心,设计了一种基于模糊PID算法的电动侧开门控制器,该车门控制器实现了防夹、堵转、调速等功能。在硬件部分,使用霍尔传感器模块和雷达模块实现转速检测和防撞检测的功能;在软件部分,设计了车门防夹算法将霍尔信号与外部受力联系起来,运用模糊PID实现车门开关恒定速度控制。利用Freemaster软件对车门控制系统进行霍尔脉宽实时检测,并进行了试验验证。结果表明:防夹力基本在70 N以下变化,车门开关速度稳定,满足设计要求。
Taking STM32 chip as the core,an power hinge door controller based on fuzzy PID algorithm was designed.The power hinge door controller realized the functions of anti-pinch,locked-rotor,speed regulation and so on.In the hardware part,Hall sensor module and radar module were used to realize the functions of speed detection and anti-collision detection.In the software part,the anti-pinch algorithm was designed to connect the Hall signal with the external force,and the constant speed control of door opening and closing was realized by using fuzzy PID.The Hall pulse width of the door control system was measured in real time by Freemaster software,and the experimental verification was carried out.The results show that the anti-pinch force basically changes below 70 N,and the door opening and closing speed is stable,which meets the design requirements.
