摘要 以某款两缸1.5 L发动机作为研究对象,研究了两种压缩比方案CR17和CR18对两缸发动机性能的影响。分析了在高压缩比下发动机压缩比和爆震之间的均衡关系,并对比了其油耗和爆震倾向。结果表明:增大压缩比可以提高热效率,但是随着压缩比的增大,发动机爆震强度也增大;增大发动机压缩比带来的收益没有爆震增强带来的损害大,选择压缩比为17时热效率更高。 Taking a two cylinder 1.5 L engine as a research object,the influence of two compression ratio schemes CR17 and CR18 on the performance of two cylinders engine was studied.The equilibrium relationship between engine compression ratio and knock at high compression ratio was analyzed,and the fuel consumption and knock tendency were compared.The results show that increasing the compression ratio can improve the thermal efficiency,but with the increase of the compression ratio,the engine knock intensity also increases.The benefit of increasing the compression ratio of the engine is not as great as the damage caused by the increased detonation,and the thermal efficiency is higher when the compression ratio of 17 is selected.
