摘要
对车辆被动安全测试架构进行了介绍,在车辆被动安全测试中,待测物理量经过传感器转化为电信号并传递至数据采集系统,数据采集系统将电信号还原为被测物理量的采样信号,之后数据以多种文件格式保存。阐述了数据采集系统的作用以及数据存储的规范化。研究结果有助于试验人员更深层次理解试验流程并解决问题。
The vehicle passive safety test architecture was mainly introduced.Measured physical quantity was transfered into electrical signal by transducer and sent to data acquisition system(DAS)in the vehicle passive safety test,then electrical signal was turned back to measured physical quantity by DAS and data was saved in multiple format.The function of DAS and the standardization of data storage were expounded.The research results are helpful for laboratory staff to understand the test process at a deeper level and solve problems.
