彩色多普勒超声在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究彩色多普勒超声在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月盐城市第一人民医院收治的80例卵巢肿瘤患者。所有患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声对卵巢肿瘤良恶性的诊断情况,以及对肿瘤血流分级和血流参数的检测情况。结果病理检查结果显示,80例患者中恶性肿瘤37例(46.25%),良性肿瘤43例(53.75%)。良性肿瘤中的血流Ⅰ、Ⅱ级占比高于恶性肿瘤,血流Ⅲ、Ⅳ级占比低于恶性肿瘤(P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤的阻力指数、搏动指数高于良性肿瘤,平均流速、收缩期峰值流速低于良性肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值确切,能及时辨别肿瘤血流状况,临床值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to Yancheng No.1 People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination,and the results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors by color Doppler ultrasound,as well as the detection of tumor blood flow grading and blood flow parameters.Results The results of pathological examination showed that 37 cases(46.25%)were malignant tumors and 43 cases(53.75%)were benign tumors.The proportion s of blood flow gradingⅠandⅡin benign tumors were higher than those in malignant tumors,and the proportions of blood flow gradingⅢandⅣwere lower than those in malignant tumors(P<0.05).The resistance index and pulsatility index of malignant tumors were higher than those of benign tumors,and the average velocity and peak systolic velocity were lower than those of benign tumors(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors is exact,and it can identify the blood flow status of tumors in time,wh ich is worthy of clinical application.
