益肾祛瘀解毒方联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yishen Quyu Jiedu Prescription combined with Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System in the treatment of endometriosis

目的探讨益肾祛瘀解毒方联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月中山陈星海中西医结合医院收治的200例子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各100例。对照组采用曼月乐进行治疗,观察组采用益肾祛瘀解毒方联合曼月乐治疗,比较两组卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿的大小、雌二醇(E2)水平、中医症候积分。结果观察组干预后的卵巢子宫内膜样囊肿小于对照组,E2水平和中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用益肾祛瘀解毒方联合曼月乐治疗子宫内膜异位症可抑制子宫内膜囊肿生长,调节雌激素水平,有效缓解临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yishen Quyu Jiedu Prescription combined with Levonorgestrelreleasing Intrauterine System(Mirena)in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 200 patients with endometriosis admitted to Zhongshan Chenxinghai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mirena,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Quyu Jiedu Prescription combined with Mirena.The size of ovarian endometrioid cyst,estradiol(E2)level,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the ovarian endometrioid cyst of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the E2 level and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Quyu Jiedu Prescription combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometriosis can inhibit the growth of ovarian endometrioid cyst,regulate estrogen levels,and effectively relieve clinical symptoms.
