全方位儿童保健服务模式对儿童骨骼生长和智力发育的影响

Influence of comprehensive child health care service model on children’s bone growth and intellectual development

目的探究全方位儿童保健服务模式对儿童骨骼生长以及智力发育的影响。方法选取2019年10月至2021年1月在徐州市妇幼保健院儿童保健科建档的儿童80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组行常规儿童保健服务,观察组接受全方位儿童保健服务,比较两组儿童入组时、6个月后骨骼生长以及智力发育情况,并评价两组儿童照护人的满意度情况。结果6个月后,观察组儿童骨骼生长正常率较对照组更高(P<0.05),观察组智力发育各项指标均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组儿童照护人的服务满意度各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全方位儿童保健服务模式可有效促进儿童骨骼生长与智力发育,提升儿童照护人满意度,值得临床提倡并实施。

Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive child health care service model on children’s bone growth and intellectual development.Methods A total of 80 cases of children who were registered in the Child Health Department of Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from October 2019 to January 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine child health care service,while the observation group received comprehensive child health care service.The bone growth and intellectual development of children between the two groups at the time of enrollment and after 6 months were compared,and the satisfaction of child caregivers of the two groups was evaluated.Results After 6 months,the normal skeletal growth rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and all indicators of intellectual development in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the child caregivers in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive child health care service model can effectively promote the bone growth and intellectual development of children,and enhance the satisfaction of child caregivers,which is worthy of clinical promotion and implement ation.
