屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)与左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effect of Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulatory dysfunction

目的比较排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者应用屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)与左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗的效果。方法纳入2021年3月至2022年3月徐州市妇幼保健院收治的90例排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(45例)及观察组(45例)。对照组给予屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)口服治疗,观察组给予左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗。比较两组相关指标。结果观察组临床总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗6个月时两组患者月经量均减少,经期时间均缩短,子宫内膜厚度均变薄,且观察组各项指标趋势更明显(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗3个月及治疗6个月时两组患者血细胞比容、血清血红蛋白水平均升高,与治疗3个月比较,两组患者治疗6个月时血细胞比容、血清血红蛋白水平均升高,且观察组各项趋势更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论排卵障碍性异常子宫出血患者应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗可改善月经情况及子宫环境,调节机体血细胞比容、血清血红蛋白水平,提高临床治疗效果。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)and Levonorgestrelreleasing Intrauterine System in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulatory dysfunction.Methods A total of 90 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulatory dysfunction admitted to Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in the study.The patients were divided into the control group(45 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)using the random number table method.The control group was given Drospirone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)oral treatment,and the observation group was given Levonorgestrelreleasing Intrauterine System.The relevant indicators of two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the menstrual volume was reduced,the duration of periods was shortened,and the endometrial thickness was thinner in both groups at 6 months of treatment,and the trend of each index was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The hematocrit and serum hemoglobin levels increased in both groups at 3 months of treatment and 6 months of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the trends were more obvious in the observation group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel-releasing Intrauterine System can improve menstruation and uterine environment,regulate hematocrit and serum hemoglobin levels,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding w ith ovulatory dysfunction.
