固肾保胎汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床效果

Clinical effect of Gushen Baotai Decoction combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of threatened abortion

目的探讨固肾保胎汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的80例早期先兆流产患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用黄体酮注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合固肾保胎汤治疗。比较两组性激素水平、不良反应发生情况及保胎成功率。结果治疗后,两组性激素水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,保胎成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论固肾保胎汤联合黄体酮注射液治疗先兆流产能调节性激素水平,提高保胎成功率,且具有安全性。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gushen Baotai Decoction combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of threatened abortion.Methods A total of 80 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Progesterone Injection,and the observation group was treated with Gushen Baotai Decoction on the basis of the control group.Sex hormone levels,occurrence of adverse reactions and success rate of miscarriages preservation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,sex hormone levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the success rate of miscarriages preservation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gushen Baotai Decoction combined with Progesterone Injection in the treatment of threatened abortion can regulate sex hormone levels and improve the success rate of miscarriages preservation with safety.
