循证护理对更年期女性哮喘患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

Effect of evidence-based nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life of menopausal women with asthma

目的探究在更年期女性哮喘患者中应用循证护理对肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月至2022年5月烟台市北海医院呼吸与危重症医学一科收治的60例更年期女性哮喘患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施循证护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,观察组的呼气峰值流量、第1秒用力呼气容积和用力肺活量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的躯体健康、社会功能、生理功能及活力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在更年期女性哮喘患者中应用循证护理效果显著,能够有效改善肺功能,同时提高生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in menopausal women with asthma.Methods A total of 60 menopausal women patients with asthma admitted to the First Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of Beihai Hospital of Yantai from June 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the peak expiratory flow,forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physical health,social function,physiological function and vitality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in menopausal female patients with asthma has significant effect,which can effectively improve pulmonary function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
