新型城镇化与乡村振兴协调发展评估——浙江省案例

Evaluation of the Performance of Coordinated Development Between New-type Urbanization and Rural Revitalization:A Case Study of Zhejiang Province

文章以浙江省2010—2021年各项指标数据为样本,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、空间相关性模型进行指标数据分析并以GIS等级设色法为空间可视化手段,对浙江省域内两者的空间差异和耦合发展的时序演化进行实证分析。研究认为:(1)2010—2021年浙江省新型城镇化与乡村振兴两个子系统发展水平空间差异逐步降低,已逐步趋向均衡发展;(2)部分城市存在单个系统发展滞后,且个别城市受区域高水平城市带动效应不强;(3)浙江省新型城镇化与乡村振兴已处于高质量融合发展阶段,两者发展趋势呈正相关,浙江迈进乡村振兴与新型城镇化的有效结合与高速发展阶段。

This study constructs the evaluation index system of rural urbanization and rural revitalization,and takes the index data of Zhejiang Province from 2010 to 2021 as samples.It analyzes the spatial differences between rural urbanization and rural revitalization and the temporal evolution of their coupling development by the entropy method,coupling coordination degree model and spatial correlation model in Zhejiang Province.It is concluded that:1)From2010 to 2021,the spatial difference of the development level of new-type urbanization and rural revitalization in Zhejiang Province gradually decreased,and the development gradually tended to be balanced.2)The development of a single system in some cities is lagging behind,andindividual cities affected by regional high-level cities show the weak driving effect.3)The new-type urbanization and rural revitalization in Zhejiang Province have entered the stage of high-quality integrated development,and their development trends are positively correlated.Zhejiang has entered the stage of effective combination and rapid development of rural revitalization and new-type urbanization.
