心理疗法联合抗抑郁药物治疗心脏神经官能症的效果分析

Effect analysis of psychotherapy combined with antidepressants on cardiac neurosis

目的探究心理疗法联合抗抑郁药物治疗心脏神经官能症的临床效果。方法150例心脏神经官能症患者,采用随机数字表法分为参比组和实验组,每组75例。参比组患者给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗,实验组患者在参比组基础上配合心理疗法治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的抑郁、焦虑、心脏症状评分及治疗效果、治疗满意度。结果治疗后,实验组患者的抑郁、焦虑及心脏症状评分分别为(48.82±4.98)、(43.14±3.28)、(42.11±2.32)分,明显低于参比组的(56.71±5.12)、(51.68±4.56)、(53.12±3.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者的与人相处、日常生活、生理状态及心理状态评分分别为(68.28±5.28)、(69.21±5.42)、(70.12±3.22)、(60.52±5.52)分,明显高于参比组的(59.61±4.56)、(59.88±4.29)、(60.02±2.34)、(51.11±4.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于参比组的82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的治疗满意度93.33%明显高于参比组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中对心脏神经官能症患者同时应用心理疗法和抗抑郁药物治疗,可有效减轻其抑郁和焦虑程度,并提升患者的治疗总有效率、生活质量及满意程度,可广泛应用在临床中。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of psychotherapy combined with antidepressants on cardiac neurosis.Methods A total of 150 patients with cardiac neurosis were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,with 75 patients in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional antidepressants,while patients in the experimental group were treated with psychotherapy on the basis of the reference group.The scores of depression,anxiety,cardiac symptoms before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of depression,anxiety and cardiac symptoms in the experimental group were(48.82±4.98),(43.14±3.28)and(42.11±2.32)points,which were significantly lower than(56.71±5.12),(51.68±4.56)and(53.12±3.12)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of interpersonal relationship,daily life,physiological status,and psychological status in the experimental group were(68.28±5.28),(69.21±5.42),(70.12±3.22),and(60.52±5.52)points,which were significantly higher than(59.61±4.56),(59.88±4.29),(60.02±2.34),and(51.11±4.36)points in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 96.00%in the experimental group was significantly higher than 82.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,the application of psychotherapy and antidepressants simultaneously to patients with cardiac neurosis can effectively reduce their depression and anxiety,and improve the overall efficiency of treatment,quality of life and satisfaction of patients.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
