甲硝唑片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床疗效研究

Clinical efficacy study of metronidazole tablets combined with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis

目的分析在细菌性阴道炎治疗中应用甲硝唑片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法200例细菌性阴道炎患者,按照计算机1∶1随机数列分为对照组及研究组,各100例。对照组给予甲硝唑片治疗,研究组给予甲硝唑片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的阴道pH值及阴道分泌物Nugent评分,治疗后的临床症状,治疗效果,复发率。结果治疗后,研究组患者的阴道pH值(3.91±0.18)、阴道分泌物Nugent评分(3.88±0.20)分低于对照组的(4.28±0.27)、(4.55±0.34)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的外阴瘙痒、分泌物增多、局部烧灼感、阴道壁散在出血点发生率分别为1.00%、0、0、0,低于对照组的7.00%、4.00%、5.00%、4.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的87.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗3、6个月复发率分别为1.00%、5.00%,低于对照组的7.00%、13.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细菌性阴道炎患者应用甲硝唑片联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗有利于患者阴道症状的改善,同时能够恢复阴道正常生态环境,提升治疗效果,降低疾病复发率,可推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of metronidazole tablets combined with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 200 patients with bacterial vaginitis were divided into a control group and a research group according to computer 1∶1 random sequence,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole tablets,and the research group was treated with metronidazole tablets and nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules.The vaginal pH and Nugent score of vaginal discharge before and after treatment,clinical symptoms after treatment,therapeutic effect,and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the research group had vaginal pH of(3.91±0.18)and Nugent score of vaginal discharge of(3.88±0.20)points,which were lower than than(4.28±0.27)and(4.55±0.34)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of vulvar itching,increased discharge,local burning sensation,and scattered bleeding spots on the vaginal wall in the research group were 1.00%,0,0,and 0,which was lower than 7.00%,4.00%,5.00%,and 4.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 95.00%,which was higher than 87.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the research group were 1.00%and 5.00%at 3 and 6 months of treatment,which were lower than 7.00%and 13.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metronidazole tablets in combination with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for patients with bacterial vaginitis is beneficial to the improvement of vaginal symptoms,and can restore the normal vaginal microecological environment,enhance the therapeutic effect and reduce the recurrence rate of the disease,which can be promoted.
