苍附导痰汤化裁治疗痰湿型月经后期42例观察

Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction in treating 42 cases of phlegm dampness type of delayed menorrhea

目的观察苍附导痰汤化裁治疗痰湿型月经后期的治疗效果。方法42例痰湿型月经后期患者,均以苍附导痰汤为基础随证化裁治疗,观察治疗效果。结果42例患者中,治愈23例,占54.76%;好转16例,占38.10%;无效3例,占7.14%;总有效率为92.86%。结论苍附导痰汤化裁治疗痰湿型月经后期,能达到理气燥湿、化痰调经、恢复正常月经周期的作用,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction in treating phlegm dampness type of delayed menorrhea.Methods 42 cases of phlegm dampness type patients in delayed menorrhea were treated with modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results Among 42 patients,23 cases were cured,accounting for 54.76%;16 cases were improved,accounting for 38.10%;3 cases were invalid,accounting for 7.14%;the total effective rate was 92.86%.Conclusion Modified Cangfu Daotan Decoction has a significant efficacy in the treatment of phlegm dampness type of delayed menorrhea,and achieve the effect of regulating qi,removing dampness,removing phlegm and regulating menstruation and restoring normal menstrual cycle.
