智能运动系统对脑出血偏瘫患者生活质量的影响 被引量:1

Impact of intelligent motion system on quality of life of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨智能运动系统对脑出血偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法68例脑出血偏瘫患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。对照组患者采取传统作业疗法进行康复护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上采取智能运动系统进行康复护理。比较两组患者干预前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、屈肘肌力和伸肘肌力分级及干预后简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)评分。结果干预后,两组患者的上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均高于干预前,且观察组患者患者的上肢运动功能评分(49.37±3.48)分、下肢运动功能评分(27.82±3.79)分均高于对照组的(36.13±4.94)、(21.13±3.02)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者的屈肘肌力与伸肘肌力分级均高于本组干预前,且观察组患者的屈肘肌力分级(3.62±2.03)级与伸肘肌力分级(3.26±1.49)级均高于对照组的(2.59±1.68)、(2.43±1.05)级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分分别为(82.52±12.97)、(74.91±5.78)、(122.03±3.13)、(91.86±3.95)、(98.19±4.79)、(72.90±2.93)、(81.94±3.91)、(82.94±4.91)分,均显著高于对照组的(73.13±4.11)、(65.21±3.27)、(112.30±1.12)、(83.25±2.31)、(89.09±2.25)、(67.03±1.16)、(75.03±1.17)、(73.16±1.08)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血偏瘫患者实施智能运动系统康复护理的效果显著,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To discuss the impact of intelligent motion system on quality of life of patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 68 patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group adopted conventional occupational therapy for rehabilitation nursing,and patients in the observation group adopted intelligent motion system for rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer motor score,elbow flexor muscle strength and elbow extensor muscle strength grading before and after the intervention,and 36-Item Short-Form Health Survey(SF-36)scores after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the upper limb motor function and lower limb motor function scores of patients in both groups were higher than those before the intervention in this group;the upper limb motor function score of(49.37±3.48)points and lower limb motor function score of(27.82±3.79)points of patients in the observation group were higher than those of(36.13±4.94)and(21.13±3.02)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the elbow flexor muscle strength and elbow extensor muscle strength grading in both groups were higher than those before the intervention in this group;in the observation group,the elbow flexor muscle strength and elbow extensor muscle strength grading(3.62±2.03)and(3.26±1.49)grades,which were higher than those of(2.59±1.68)and(2.43±1.05)grades in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the physiological function,physical function,somatic pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function,and mental health scores of patients in the observation group were(82.52±12.97),(74.91±5.78),(122.03±3.13),(91.86±3.95),(98.19±4.79),(72.90±2.93),(81.94±3.91),and(82.94±4.91)points,which were significantly higher than those of(73.13±4.11),(65.21±3.27),(112.30±1.12),(83.25±2.31),(89.09±2.25),(67.03±1.16),(75.03±1.17),and(73.16±1.08)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of intelligent motor system rehabilitation nursing has significant effect on patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
