中医药治疗糖尿病足机制探究

Mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating diabetic foot

糖尿病足(DF)是内分泌科常见并发症之一,若不及时予以有效干预,严重者可造成截肢甚至死亡的结果,故而及时有效的治疗显得格外重要。目前西方医学常予以对症治疗,虽具有一定的效果,但多不理想。反观传统中医药具有多靶点、多途径、副作用低等特点,在防治DF方面具有独特优势。同时,近年来随着中医药对DF研究的逐渐深入,取得了不小的突破。故拟从单味中药提取物、中药复方等防治DF机制展开综述,以期为该领域的基础实验研究及临床运用提供科学依据。

Diabetic foot(DF)is one of the common complications in Department of Endocrinology,which can result in amputation or even death in severe cases if not intervened effectively in time.Therefore,timely and effective treatment is particularly important.At present,western medicine often gives symptomatic treatment,although it has a certain effect,it is not ideal.In contrast,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in preventing and treating DF because of its multiple targets,multiple pathways and low side effects.At the same time,in recent years,with the gradual deepening of the study of DF by Chinese medicine,and made great breakthroughs.Therefore,the mechanism of prevention and treatment of DF is reviewed from single Chinese herbal extract and Chinese herbal compound,in order to provide scientific basis for basic experimental research and clinical application in this field.
