基于互联网诊疗的医院结算流程构建

随着互联网诊疗服务的大力推进,人民群众对互联网诊疗的接受度越来越高,需求越来越大。互联网诊疗相配套的制度和流程也应同步完善。笔者通过对互联网诊疗服务相配套的收费、医疗票据获取、退费、医保结算、各种支付渠道资金的对账及财务管理等环节流程进行梳理,对比各流程的优劣势,以期构建更适合互联网诊疗服务的结算模式,从而使互联网诊疗服务更顺畅,推动互联网诊疗服务真正落地,使人民群众得到真正实惠。

With the vigorous promotion of internet diagnosis and treatment services,the people’s acceptance of internet diagnosis and treatment is getting higher and higher,and the demand is growing as well.The associated supporting system and process of internet diagnosis and treatment should also be improved simultaneously.This paper is aiming to build a more appropriate settlement model for internet diagnosis and treatment service through streamlining the according processes including charging,obtaining medical bills,refunding,medical insurance settlement,reconciliation and financial management of funds in various payment channels etc.Comparing the pros and cons of various processes,to make the internet diagnosis and treatment services go more smoothly,promote the genuine implementation of the internet diagnosis and treatment services and ensure the general public get the real benefits.
