Internal Logic and Path Construction of Collaborative Innovation of Ideological and Political Education

思想政治教育协同创新对促进大学生全面发展、引领新时代高校思想政治教育高质量发展具有重要价值。其内在逻辑理路遵循以落实立德树人为育人目标、以激发思想政治教育动力为内在功能、以提升思想政治教育实效为现实观照。针对当前思想政治教育协同创新面临的困境,提出了通过设立思想政治教育协同创新部门、完善相关制度和机制、提升队伍素质、整合校内外育人资源、优化过程管理、搭建多元平台等途径来实现多主体、多要素同频共振、相向而行,提升思想政治教育的实效。

The collaborative innovation of ideological and political education is of great value in promoting the all-round development of college students and leading the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. Its internal logic should follow the goal of implementing morality and cultivating people, the internal requirement of stimulating the momentum of ideological and political education, and the reality of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education. On the basis of clarifying the difficulties faced by the current collaborative innovation of ideological and political education, this paper proposes to achieve multi-agent, multi-factor resonance and direction, and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education by building a community of collaborative innovation of ideological and political education, strengthening the construction of collaborative innovation team of ideological and political education, optimizing the management of collaborative process of ideological and political education for college students, and improving the effectiveness of collaborative innovation of ideological and political education.
