互联网的发展给高校法治教育工作既带来了机遇又带来了挑战。分析“互联网+”时代大学生法治意识培养的困境,多管齐下深入开展法治宣传教育、加强大学生法治意识的自我培养、政府要加强监督和管理,不断创新“互联网+”模式下大学生法治意识培养的有效路径。

The development of the Internet has brought both opportunities and challenges to college legal education.This paper analyzes the dilemma of cultivating college students’legal consciousness in the era of“Internet+”,and points out effective ways of continuously innovating the cultivation of college students’legal consciousness in the era of“Internet+”:carrying out in-depth legal publicity and education,strengthening college students’self-cultivation of legal consciousness,and strengthening the supervision and management by the government.
