In the field of ecological and environmental protection,defects exist in the operation and supervision of PPP projects in terms of top-level design,such as the confused supervision of social capital,unclear responsibilities,lack of means,weak supervision of itself,lack of social supervision from the government.These defects are caused by complex causes and can be effectively solved by setting up special regulatory bodies,improving laws and regulations,promoting performance guarantees,establishing credit management systems,improving public supervision mechanisms,establishing whole-process supervision index system,and innovating and building a whole-life supervision system for PPP projects in the field of ecological and environmental protection.It is hoped that thees measures will ensure the sustained,steady and sound development of ecological and environmental protection PPP projects.
