摘要
老龄化是任何一个国家在发展过程中都会遇到的问题,也是对于一个国家许多行业和领域都会产生深刻影响的问题。现阶段,我国正处于老龄化问题持续加深的进程,其中对此受影响较深的当属房地产行业。从西方发达国家社会的发展经验而言,人口老龄化发展对于住房需求的影响很大,但由于我国人口老龄化特征、房地产市场的特殊性及人口年龄结构等特殊性,在分析未来人口老龄化问题对于住房需求影响问题时不能照搬西方发达国家的经验,仍需在借鉴西方发达国家经验的基础上,根据我国实际情况做出有针对性分析和探讨。
Aging is a problem that any country will encounter in the process of development,and it also has a profound impact on many industries and fields of a country.At this stage,the aging problem is in the continuously deepening process,and will deeply affect the real estate industry.The relationship between population aging and housing demands is now a hot topic in society as a whole.From the development experience of Western developed societies,population ageing has significant impact on housing demands.However,due to population ageing characteristics,the particularities of the real estate market and population age structure,our country cannot copy the experience of the western developed countries when dealing with the impact of future population ageing problems on housing demands.Still,there is a need to learn from the western development experience,and to make a corresponding in-depth analysis and discussion according to the actual situation of our country.
