银杏内酯注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片对急性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学及神经功能的影响

Effects of ginkgolide injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets on cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的 探讨银杏内酯注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的临床效果。方法 根据治疗方案不同,将2018年5月至2021年4月我院收治的200例ACI患者分为对照组(100例,阿托伐他汀钙片)和观察组(100例,银杏内酯注射液+阿托伐他汀钙片)。比较两组的临床效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的脑血流动力学指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度(PV)、红细胞比容(HCT)及纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访后,观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 银杏内酯注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗ACI患者的效果显著,能有效改善脑血流动力学及神经功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ginkgolide injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Two hundred patients with ACI admitted in our hospital from May 2018 to April 2021 were divided into control group(100 cases,atorvastatin calcium tablets)and observation group(100 cases,ginkgolide injection+atorvastatin calcium tablets)according to different treatment schemes.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cerebral hemodynamics indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity(PV),hematocrit(HCT)and fibrinogen(FIB)level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgolide injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of patients with ACI has significant effect,which can effectively improve cerebral hemodynamics and neurological function.
