双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的 探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法 选取2019年8月至2021年8月我院收治的140例高胆红素血症新生儿为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(70例,间歇蓝光照射)与观察组(70例,双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇蓝光照射)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清总胆红素(TSB)、直接胆红素(DBIL)水平及经皮黄疸指数均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的总胆红素/白蛋白(TSB/ALB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌三联活菌散联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的效果显著,可降低TSB、DBIL水平及经皮黄疸指数,减小胆红素脑病发生风险,安全有效。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder,oral combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 140 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia admitted in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.The neonates were randomly divided into control group(70 cases,intermittent blue light irradiation)and observation group(70 cases,live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder,oral combined with intermittent blue light irradiation).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total serum bilirubin(TSB),direct bilirubin(DBIL)levels and transcutaneous jaundice index in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total serum bilirubin/albumin(TSB/ALB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)level in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus powder,oral combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia has a significant effect,which can decrease the TSB,DBIL levels and transcutaneous jaundice index and reduce the risk of bilirubin encephalopathy,which is safe and effective.
